How do I apply?
Applications open at different times of the year for different activities. Go to the activity page you are interested in for more information.
Your application for membership to participate in training activities is considered by the Club’s Committee at its monthly meetings. If your membership is accepted by the Committee, you are then automatically bound by the Club’s Constitution and Rules. If your application is rejected you will be notified as soon as practicable and any fees that you have paid as part of the application process will be refunded.

How do I renew?
At the end of twelve months, you may renew your membership to continue your training. Please note the Club does not offer membership to use the grounds. The Club’s facilities have been developed to provide dog training services and related trials and competitions. Prospective and existing members must regularly participate in the Club’s training activities to obtain and retain membership including grounds access. This is a Club Rule and participation in training activities is routinely monitored.

How much does it cost?
The cost to join the Club will depend on the number of dogs you are enrolling for training. In most cases, new members will pay $414.00 for a twelve-month membership for one dog comprising a joining fee ($99.00) and an annual membership fee ($315.00).
Most members wishing to renew will pay $315.00 for a further annual membership for one dog.
Extra charges apply to enrolling additional dogs for training. The cost for each additional dog is $52.00.
All fees are inclusive of GST.
Discounts apply to current holders of ACT/NSW Government Seniors Cards and current Commonwealth Government Centrelink Concession Cards. Contact the Club Office for further information about concessions.
How should I prepare for my first class?
New members are required to attend a ‘new members presentation’ on the first week of scheduled classes each term. At the presentation we will provide you with more information about the Club and advice about what to bring to class. For Behaviour Training classes this will include advice on training aids (such as harnesses, leads, treat pouches and stuffed Kongs), food rewards for your dog and a washable mat for your dog to lie on. More information about the presentation will be provided to you when we confirm your booking.
